Why MindsetsBody?


MindsetsBody was born from my personal journey. After battling lipedema, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and body image struggles, I discovered how fitness could change not just my physical health but also my mental well-being. I’m here to share my lessons and help others transform their lives.

Fill out the form provided telling me a little about yourself and what brings you to Mindsetsbody, and I will contact you to book a discovery call.

The program will start if the Client and the Therapist/Trainer decide to work together.

In the first session, the Client will explain the reasons that brought them to Mindsetsbody and What they would like to take out of it.

It is essential to understand that any form of Therapy or Training is a safe space where clients feel they can be their authentic selves, free of judgement.

The relationship between the Client and the Therapist/Trainer is the foundation of the Therapeutic process. It should involve mutual commitment, genuineness and empathy.

The Client is responsible for their journey; the progress will depend on the Client's pace and effort.
